Academy

  • The Academy programme is for serious tournament players who are striving to improve their game.

    FOCUS:

    • Attitude, effort and focus

    • Consistency and accuracy

    • Tactical development

    • Shot selection/court positioning

    • Developing your ideal performance state

    • Matchplay and competition

    • Strength and conditioning


    CRITERIA:

    • Playing Interclub and Junior Masters tier events

    • Playing or aspiring to play nationals

    • Attend a minimum of 2 squads per week


    SCHEDULE:

    • Mon: 5.30 - 7pm outdoor squad / conditioning

    • Tues: 4.30 - 6.00pm Indoor Squad

    • Wed: 6.30 - 8am Indoor Squad

    • Thurs: 4.30 - 6.00pm Indoor Squad

    COST:

    • $1000 / term. Price is based on attending 2 squads per week but attending more squads is encouraged where the Academy coaches see fit. Please speak to them to find a schedule that suits you.
